The Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Committee of the Rafah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has concluded a financial dispute between A.Q. and H.A., as part of the commercial arbitration service provided by the Chamber to traders and business owners as one of its official services.
The committee was chaired by Mukhtar Sami Fojou, and its members included:
Abdullah Madi – Treasurer, Rafah Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Kamal Al-Njeili – Deputy Treasurer of the Chamber
Hijazi Abu Shanab – Board Member, Khan Younis Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Mahmoud Zaarab – Certified Public Accountant
Wael Qashta – Legal Advisor to the Arbitration Committee
The committee operated in accordance with the approved legal and professional frameworks, reviewing the submitted documents and hearing both parties, which resulted in reaching a fair settlement that preserves rights and resolves the dispute away from judicial proceedings.
The Rafah Chamber of Commerce and Industry affirmed that the Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Service is part of the Chamber’s role in supporting the business environment and providing fast and effective legal solutions that contribute to enhancing stability and confidence in commercial transactions.
